For existing clients:

If you have an enquiry before 30 September 2022, and you have already received, checked and approved your SA100 Tax Returns AND you have received confirmation from us that your Tax Returns have been filed with HMRC, you do not need to do anything. We will contact you when the HMRC payment reaches us.

For payment status updates, please contact HMRC directly on 0300 200 3300. Please note that once payment has been released to us, it can take up to 10 days for the payment to reach you.

For status updates, you can contact us by email at support@securityworkertaxrebate.co.uk until 30 September 2022.

After 30 September 2022, all existing clients requiring an update should contact HMRC on 0300 200 3300 and they will be able to assist you.

Uncashed Cheques:

If you were issued with a cheque that you did not present to your bank for payment within 7 days, we will have sent you a final reminder to present this cheque.

If the funds remain unpresented, we will have returned these to HMRC and you will not now be able to cash the cheque you hold.

The amount you are owed will be held by HMRC as an overpayment on your personal tax account and you MUST contact HMRC on 0300 200 3300 and they will be able to reissue the funds to you directly.

For all other clients:

Regrettably we will be unable to progress your application. Your claim has NOT been filed with HMRC, and your refund has NOT been released to us. To receive your tax refund, you will either need to contact HMRC directly, or find another accountant to prepare your Tax Returns.
